Q: My friend and I want to join this tour package. We will attend the summer school in LA 'til 7/31 , if I book the 7/31 tour , we just directly go to the hotel you arrange and don't have to go to airport, right?

Yes, you can go directly to the hotel instead of the airport if you wish to self transport there. Just make sure to call 1-2 days before the departure date so we can confirm the hotel we will have booked for your first night on tour.

When the order confirmed , we can send you the hotel details.
The tour only provide free pickup from airport, can not pick up you from your hotel.
If you arrive one day before the tour , you can choose to go to the airport to meet our tour escort,
or you can self-transfer to the first night hotel to check-in after 3:00pm

We are sorry but the tour package does not include flight back to Phoenix, instead, on the fourth day of the tour, we will arrange shuttle bus back to Phoenix. And if you would like to fly back to Phoenix, you are supposed to self book the flight.

The $67.00 fee is collected on tour, as it will be immediately be remitted to the Native Americans upon arrival at the entrance of the West Rim.Package Excludes- Admission to Native American Tribe Reservation/West Grand Canyon $67.00/person (This fee must be paid on tour.)

We recommend that guest please book domestic flight after 9:30pm if they wish to fly out on the last day of the tour. It should be fine if your flight is just 15 minutes ealier than required. However, we can not shoulder the responsibility should there be any delaying.
